South Florida is in a tropical climate, The "winter" dry months are from November to February with average temperatures in the 70s. General temperatures year round are in the 80s and 90s.
The Rainy season is from Memorial day to labor day but dont let that deter you. South Florida's rain showers last for a few minutes until the clouds pass. It is recommended to carry an umbrella at all time in your purse or car.

parking and transport
There is free street parking outside the building for all guests. Uber and Lyft ride-sharing is a convenient way to explore the local area as well.
accessibility
The building is a pre-war building built in the early 1930's. It has been restored but much of the architecture and layout is original to its Art Deco roots.
There is NO elevator and all guests must climb a staircase to access both apartments. We do not recommend guests with small children or guests with disabilities to stay in the apartments because of compact stairwell and lack of elevator. We apologize if this is an inconvenience.
